Petit Palais
The Petit Palais is one of fourteen museums of the City of Paris that have been incorporated since 2013 in the public corporation Paris Musées.
Built for the 1900 Exposition Universelle (“universal exhibition”), it now houses the City of Paris Museum of Fine Arts (Musée des beaux-arts de la ville de Paris). Completely renovated in 2005, the Petit Palais offers an artistic panorama from antiquity through the 20th century.
I’ve had the opportunity to work for several Paris Musées entities (after winning a call for tenders), mainly the Petit Palais, but also the Bourdelle Museum, Cernuschi – the Paris City Museum of Asian Art – and the Carnavalet Museum – History of Paris.
Print design, mainly the exhibition posters, which can be seen all over Paris (City of Paris poster network), and a few brochures.
